Ordinary General Assembly 2017

In accordance with Article 15 of the Constitution, notice is hereby given that the 20th Ordinary General Assembly of the European Sailing Federation, will take place at Best Western Hotel Expo, 149 Tsarigradsko Shosse, Blvd., 1784 Sofia, Bulgaria, on the above dates.

In accordance with the same Article, notice is hereby given that the 14 th Special General Assembly will be held at the same time and place as the Ordinary General Assembly, to consider business appropriate to a Special General Assembly.

Details of the business of both meetings will be published, as required by the Constitution, not less than 30 days prior to the meeting, or in the case of proposed Constitutional reforms, 60 days prior to the date of the meeting. Any Member National Authority, in good standing with EUROSAF, may, not less than 60 days in advance of the meeting, propose matters for discussion at the General Assembly. Such proposals and submissions should be sent, in writing, to the Secretary General, at the email address below, to arrive no later than 23.59 CET on Tuesday 17 th January, 2017.
